When you do this daily, it sets a routine in your mind and body as well as with yourself.

Shifting Gears…Life Transitions…For Highly Motivated Women!

Senior woman in sports carWelcome to my new site! This goes hand in hand with a new transition for me as well. I am happy to announce that I am shifting gears in my life and retiring from teaching children to teaching and coaching highly motivated women who are longing for a more authentic life!
